A Few Words About Our Food
Our #1 goal is quality. We work tirelessly to insure the highest standards in the food we cook. To maintain freshness, we prepare most of our foods 'in house', by hand, daily. We then cook all of our food to order, when ordered, so that your plate of Krispy Catfish is always hot, fresh, and delicious.

Our signature dish; large, thin fillets of our mild catfish are hand breaded to order, and deep fried until they are perfectly crispy on the outside, moist and flaky on the inside.
